According to statistics released in the 2014 China Green Construction Report published by the China Society for Urban Studies, Wanda already has more Green Building Evaluation Label certified projects than any other company in China.

As of December 31, 2013, 114 of Wanda's projects received Green Building Design Certificates, 29 projects received Green Building Operation Certificates and a further 19 hotel properties received Green Hotel Operation Certificates.

Among these projects, The Wanda Plaza in Putian was the first shopping center to ever receive a 2 star Green Building Operation Certificate. 18 Green Building Operation Certificates were awarded to Wanda projects in 2013, accounting for 36% of the total amount given out that year.
