On December 6, the list of "2011 Dalian Top 20 Property Companies” was unveiled. Dalian Wanda Commercial Properties Co., Ltd. was selected as one of "2011 Dalian Top 20 Property Companies" and topping the list.

"2011 Dalian Top 20 Property Companies” event was organized by Dalian Municipal Association of Real Estate Development in accordance with the requirements of selecting top 500 national property firms initiated by China Real Estate Association, as well as Liaoning Real Estate Association’s requirements for selecting 50 top property companies and the Implementing Scheme of Selection. The selection process lasted for two months, ranging from launching campaign, to voluntary registration, recommendation by district, city and county authorities, and expert review. As a result, top 20 Dalian property brands were selected that are self-disciplined, law-observing, financially sound, with excellent track record of development and good social reputation, dedicated to public welfare, able to fulfill social responsibility, and with comprehensive strengths.
